The average age of Group employees is 40.1 compared to 40.5 in 2018. This slight rejuvenation of the workforce is due to the acquisition of Clarion, Brazil, where the average age is 34. Average length of service is 8.0 years. Vetoquinol also outsources some production to subcontractors if the Company does not possess the requisite technological resources.
